Meet the team
Owner and founder of USA Property Investor. Oliver is a successful property investor both in the UK and the USA markets. Over the last 6 years he has purchased more than 150 properties in the UK and USA.
A former technical consultant for IBM, Oliver left his day job in 2005 to pursue his passion for wealth creation in property and firmly believes in creating passive income through property for his clients.
He is considered an expert in USA property investing and has helped over 200 clients in niche markets such as Western New York, Memphis and Detroit.
Oliver says “there is no other investment vehicle in the world that can give you the same consistent returns that property can. The USA markets we work in are the best I’ve ever seen. Established markets, strong rental demand, English speaking, and very low prices. These are the reasons we invest.”
Alison Colley is our client manager here in the UK. Alison liases with clients on their purchases and makes sure everything is in order making sure your investments run smoothly right from the off.

Max Hovarth works as our chosen property title representative in Detroit, Michigan. Max has been involved in title work since 1985 and is a branch manager for Lamont Title Corporation, a medium sized Michigan state title company. His offices are in Dearborn, a township of Detroit.
Max is an expert in preparing title documentation for foreign investors buying in Detroit.
Warren McLean is our newest member of the team and joins us as our senior Sales Representitive here in our UK office. Warren has a wealth of experience of US investments, and has a long career in the financial sectors both in the UK and overseas.
Warren has an experienced background in managing the funds of private and public organizations operating in the construction and development sectors.
He has lived and worked in the UK, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, USA, and the Philippines and has a wealth of experience in dealing with many different nationalities.
Joanne Walker (Jo) is our office administrator and keeps us all in order here. She’s our ‘go to girl’ and works with clients directly, keeping them updated on new purchases. Jo keeps the office running the way we like it!
Part of the famous ReMax Group, we work with Motor City for our clients property management in Detroit.
We have been working with the team at Motor city for two years now and they currently manage more than 80 properties for clients that have come through us here at UPI. The team are very professional and provide an excellent service for overseas clients.
Director of Operations, Kris Pauli says “working with overseas clients and managing their investments is not the same as managing property for local investors. Understanding simple things such as the time difference and the use of email is essential for our UPI clients. They trust us to look after their investments and we pride ourselves on being proactive.”
